As Growth of IoT Business trends nowadays, our team members build a new way of IoT Device integration with new model / methodology, while the normal way need normalize its protocols first in each of device, with our solution any device can connect to central / service gateway without normalize any protocols previously and usually I do with Telkomsel.
Paket Darurat (loan engine apps) with Telkomsel
As per 2020 facing covid situation, Telkomsel begin to strategize itu core business in terms for helping and easiness its customer, by offering new services model for prepaid customer. it is called paket darurat, which is allowing its customer to consumer services with sufficient balance, afterward its compensate by deducting its telco balance. For implement this project in 2021, Telkomsel engage project with SALT (ako media) as Managing services, while sub-contractor appointing to MAZ-NUN as its principle vendors, whose has loan engine technology stack. Since 2021 until now, Telkomsel still give their trust to MAZ-NUN to operate loena apps project and operation.
Incar Wifi and IoT with Telkomsel
In 2023, there are needs in Telkomsel to accomodate market business in terms of IoT and vehicle. while demand from the fabricants obviously targeted its customer basis to transform the culture of car journey to be more "internet oriented". Whereas Telkomsel has success story with myTelkomsel platform, their initiate to leverage those model to IoT and vehicle areas. this is what we called "In car wifi" solution as the answer of the situation emerge. And MAZ-NUN as one of Telkomsel supplier, appointed as Vendors to solutionized and implement this technology applications.

In 2022, Telkomsel has opportunity to enhance its IoT business in industrial IoT Areas, including merging MQTT standard for several Telkomsel partner before distributing into clear information (dashboard, apps, etc.). with reputation of NUN in IoT areas Telkomsel give another trust, for NUN to deliver this fundamental project.

Foodia is Telkomsel's free food app developed with MAZ-NUN, allowing users to donate food and volunteer in social campaigns. Through this platform, anyone can contribute to providing food for those in need, while volunteers can create and manage campaigns so that more people can enjoy free food. With Telkomsel's technology and digital ecosystem, Foodia becomes a bridge of kindness in sharing and ensuring that no one goes hungry.
SMS A2P domestic Platform for Telkomsel Partner
In 2020, there are a situation for Telkomsel to lift up A2P business core values, in terms of valuation and its revenue. By creating aggregate line, from several media seller, Telkomsel decided to appoint several partner to deliver A2P business line as one of its media seller aggregator together with DWS (Telkom subsidiary company). While the partner focusing on business areas, their assign NUN to support them on Technical domain, including system development, system enhancement and system operation (managed services). Since 2021-now NUN still has trust to operate this technical areas from Telkomsel partner.
